The economy is one of the top concerns of Americans and the world right now. This week I interview the Executive Director of the World Bank, Otaviano Canuto. He emphasizes not only this retrenchment as being an expanding problem for the world economy but emphasizes another dramatic change that will increase pressure on the economies of the world’s countries. Mr. Canuto stresses the need for a unified effort on the part of nations to stem the tide before the world’s economies decline.
